Deleting your account.

From the app or the web

1. Sign in to Macronomics, on your phone or at macronomics.dev.
2. Open Settings from the account menu.
3. At the bottom, under Delete my account, type DELETE and press the button.

You are signed out straight away, and the account is gone. Go to Settings if you are signed in on this device.

What is deleted

Everything under the account, at once and permanently: your sign-in, your recipes, your food diary, your body figures and weigh-ins, your targets, your meal plan, your shopping lists and pantry staples, any product requests you made, and every recipe link you shared — those stop working immediately. There is no grace period and no way to undo it.

A recipe that someone else added to their own meals from a link you shared is their copy, and stays in their account.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@macronomics.dev from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will do it and reply to say it is done.
